CPI Minnesota Expands Facility

CPI Card Group, a global leader in financial, commercial and identification card production and related services, announced today that the company is expanding its Roseville, Minn. facility with a new, state-of-the-art press and an increased distribution services capacity to support its continued growth in the prepaid market.

This will help us meet our customers’ demands and it will give us a vital edge in efficiency, flexibilty, and quality. In addition, our enhanced capabilites and capacity in our distribution services will boost our ability to serve our customers’ fulfillment needs and accommodate their continued growth.”

The new KBA Rapida 105 is equipped with numerous, state-of-the-art features that will support CPI’s continued production of the highest quality cards and specialty packaging on a variety of substrates including foil, plastics, and PVC. The equipment will also improve the customer press check experience by utilizing the machine’s unique automatic press feature allowing customers to approve jobs remotely.
