Steve Montross Steve Montross is the president and CEO of CPI Card Group and a member of the company’s Board of Directors. Prior to joining CPI, Montross was a founding shareholder and Managing Director of FirstLight Financial Corporation (“FirstLight”), which was a business which invests senior debt capital in private-equity owned businesses. While at FirstLight, Montross was responsible for FirstLight becoming a key lender to CPI and, as such, Montross had been involved with CPI since Tricor Pacific Capital’s investment in 2007. Prior to forming FirstLight, Montross had a 17 year career at General Electric Company where he held positions of increasing responsibility and leadership within GE’s financial service businesses, including a business that financed private-equity owned enterprises. Prior to joining GE, Montross worked at Continental Illinois National Bank, where he began his career. Montross received an undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan and a Masters of Business Administration from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. |

Marvin Press Marvin Press is the CFO of CPI Card Group. Press came to CPI with over 40 years of experience in accounting and financial leadership positions with companies in the consumer products and industrial supplies industries. Prior to joining CPI, Press was the CFO of Tharco Packaging, Inc., a leading US independent corrugated packaging manufacturer. Press began his career in public accounting and later assumed senior finance positions at several businesses including manufacturing and distribution companies. Press received his undergraduate degree in accounting from New York University and his MBA from St. Mary’s College of California. |

Jerry Dreiling VP and Chief Accounting Officer Jerry Dreiling joins CPI Card Group with over 20 years of experience in leadership roles in finance and strategic planning. With strong financial talents, broad-based knowledge, experience in a manufacturing and services environment and a hands-on management style, Dreiling complements the already strong team at CPI Card Group. His experience with ERP implementation and supply chain management has been instrumental in reaching CPI’s key corporate initiatives. Prior to joining CPI, Dreiling was a CFO at Picosecond Pulse Labs, a manufacturer of optical components for the telecommunications industry, where he built out the company’s entire finance function, including its controllership, financial reporting and financial planning capabilities. Dreiling also implemented an ERP system at Picosecond and was responsible for the company’s procurement and inventory control activities. His career also consists of years of experience at Storage Tek, where he possessed a number of finance roles including business unit controller, director of financial planning and analysis, and director of strategic planning for major business units. His began his career as an officer in Operations at United Bank of Denver before joining Storage Technology, a $2.5 billion computer peripheral device manufacturer and servicer. Dreiling’s educational background includes a bachelor’s degree in business administration, Magna Cum Laude, from the University of Northern Colorado and a M.B.A. with Honors from Regis University. |

Diane Jackson VP of Business Development and Strategic Marketing Diane Jackson joined CPI Card Group’s global executive leadership team in June 2012 as Director of Business Development and Strategic Marketing. Jackson has previously held the position of Director of Product and Services Development at CPI-UK and was instrumental in defining the CPI UK marketing strategy and led the development of key group initiatives including the development of CPI Card Group e-services. Jackson has held Board Member roles within payments industry forums in the UK and is an active participant in Smart Card Alliance and EMV Migration Forum in the U.S. Prior to joining CPI Card Group, Jackson held executive positions within the retail and retail investment sectors in Europe focusing on the development of Financial Services propositions including credit and General Insurance, as well as prepaid and loyalty programs. Jackson holds the Professional Certificate in Business Management and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing. |

Docia Myer VP of Financial Sales and Customer Experience Docia Myer brings over 15 years of experience working in customer-facing leadership positions, including project, account, and customer experience management. In her current role, Myer shapes the customer experience for the U.S. financial market by managing the sales and customer care team. In 2010, using her approach, CPI Card Group increased its NPS score 40 basis points. Her vision for this business is to create an exceptional experience for every CPI customer. Myer is part of the executive leadership team and founding member and chairman of the service improvement team. Prior to CPI, Myer was responsible for service to all customers in North and South America and worked globally to standardize service for international customers. She has a passion for, and a track record of, delivering world-class service. Myer is an accomplished public speaker and has been part of the Lessons in Leadership series and spoke at the 2010 Linkage Strategies Conference. Myer’s educational background includes a bachelor’s degree in international business from Lake Erie College and a master’s degree in project management from Keller Graduate School. She spends personal time helping her community by working with the American Red Cross, Make-a-Wish Foundation and many food bank charities. |

Mary Martinez VP of Security and Human Resources Mary Martinez joined the CPI team in April 1996. She began her career with the company in the HR Department before taking on the security role in October 2005. Martinez has obtained her Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), the highest level of certification from the Society of Human Resources. Martinez obtained her Certified Protection Professional (CPP) Certification in June 2007, the highest level of certification from ASIS International, the preeminent organization for security professionals. Martinez has a B.S. in Management and HR from Regis University. |

Nick Cahn Managing Director - CPI Europe Nick Cahn is managing director of CPI Europe and a member of CPI's global executive leadership team. Nick was managing director of PCC, prior to its acquisition in 2008 by CPI. Along with a strong and experienced leadership team in the UK, Cahn has led CPI UK's business to a position of market leadership in prepaid and non-secure cards in Europe. Before joining PCC, Cahn spent 15 years with Group Bull of France. He held executive positions in the UK, France and Japan before being appointed director of the smart card business unit in London. He has a business studies degree and is a winning alumni of Bull's Executive Advanced Management Course and the Executive Training Program in Japan. |

Anna Rossetti Anna Rossetti is the general manager of CPI Card Group – Canada. She is a well-known executive in the Canadian payment industry, having held the position of President of Giesecke & Devrient (G&D) for over four years. Prior to that Anna was senior vice president and general manager for three years. |

Andy Sappenfield VP and General Manager of Operations of the U.S. Financial Operations Andy Sappenfield joined CPI (Didier Printing) in Fort Wayne, Ind. in 2004 as plant controller and has since been a key contributor throughout his career at CPI in the accounting and finance functions as well as the operations in Fort Wayne. In August 2008, Sappenfield became Fort Wayne’s operations director while continuing his controllership duties. In January 2010, he was promoted to the position of general manager of the Fort Wayne facility with responsibility for site leadership, manufacturing operations and dotted line responsibility for customer service, finance, quality control, security and human resources. Sappenfield has demonstrated strong leadership in the rapid growth and highly successful operation of the Indiana business since its acquisition in January 2008. Sappenfield and the Fort Wayne team have established an excellent working environment marked by tremendous teamwork, customer focus and continuous improvement. His other notable accomplishments include the implementation of the Logic and Monarch Management Information Systems and developing key performance indicators within the system to monitor and fine-tune the overall operation. Sappenfield earned a bachelor’s of science in accounting from Indiana University and has achieved CPA designation. |

Paul Boge GM U.S. Prepaid Debit Market Paul Boge has a 20-year career of strong accomplishments in operations, including production; planning; product development; manufacturing best practices; supply chain management; Six Sigma; and Lean and 5 S, in the printing and packaging, card and card packaging and automotive industries. Boge joined CPI in 2005 as operations manager before being promoted to director of operations for Minnesota with responsibility for all manufacturing activities and the coordination of activities among all of the functions within the facility. Boge’s educational background includes an associate degree in mechanical technologies. |
