Q: You talk a lot about “free” design services. What do you mean by free; how can you afford to do that?
A: By free, we mean 100% free; if you don’t like any of the designs we have done for you – walk away, no charge. All we ask is that if we do design a card you like, we get to print the card – that is it, no catches.
Q: Aren’t all cards alike? Why should I buy from CPI?
A: Did you notice a difference when you viewed HDTV against analogue TV? That is the kind of difference your customers will notice when they see your cards printed by CPI Card Group.
Q: I like the cards that I have seen on the web site, but I buy generic plastics because they are more economical – isn’t that true?
A: You might be surprised at just how economical “custom cards” can be; if you see something you like on the web site or if you have designed your card on Card Designer, let us know and we will tell you exactly what it will cost (card quote).
Q: I only need 500 cards, isn’t that too small an order for a custom card design?
A: No, CPI prints custom card orders in quantities as few as 500.
