Dual Operator
The operator will perform set-ups on machine to apply the components to cards. Shifts are 12 hours. Ability to visually inspect for quality issues. Light lifting, repeated use of hands and arms. Ability to work hard and follow instructions. No experience necessary, will train.
Laminators
The lamination operator will set-up a “sandwich” of sheets, plastic overlay and metal plates and guide through the Burkle Machine. Shifts are 12 hours. Ability to visually inspect for quality issues. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Repeated use of hands and arms. Ability to work hard and follow instructions. No experience necessary, will train.
Collation Operators
The Collation operator will tack (manually and using machinery) plastic overlay to the fronts and backs of printed sheets. Strict attention to detail necessary. Ability to troubleshot and adjust machinery. Ability to visually inspect for quality issues. Shifts are 12 hours. Consistent lifting, climbing, bending and twisting. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to work hard and follow instructions. Mechanical aptitude helpful, but not necessary.
AQL Inspector
The inspector will Perform a final inspection on all finished cards prior to them being shipped to inventory. Able to package good cards into sleeves. Physically measure and visually examines cards to detect defects.
Litho/Silkscreen Feeder
The Litho Feeder will locate the material/sheets needed for the job and load them into the press feeder. The feeder will learn how to ink up a multiple color press as well as wash up a multiple color press. Will be assisting the Pressman in a variety of tasks. Ability to visually inspect for inconsistencies in color and quality. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Consistent squatting, lifting, bending, twisting and climbing. Mechanical aptitude helpful, but not necessary.
